2.) A digital proof will be sent to you via email within 24-48 hrs of purchase or once payment has cleared. Be sure to check both inbox & spam folder. Review proof carefully for misspellings or errors and let me know of any changes that need to be made!

3.) Once proof is corrected/ or approved, I will email the high resolution printable file. Your customized file is yours to keep and you may print as many as you like from it.

I want to make sure you meet your deadline, even if it isn't with me so please let me know ahead of time before placing your order if you have one. I will try very hard to meet it! If I don't feel I can get it done in time, I will definitely let you know =)

Your printed order always ships within 1-3 days of mockup approval and processing. Please allow more time for production & shipping during holidays or the holiday season.
I want to make sure you are satisfied with your order! If you have any problems, or issues, please feel free to call, email or message me and I will do what I can to help or fix the problem. =)

Once a mockup has been sent, there are no refunds or cancellations due to time already spent in personalizing your invite.

All packages ship via USPS and delivery is guaranteed. Once a package has been shipped out, there are no refunds on your order. If there is an issue with delivery or delivery time, please let me know. *Helpful Note: USPS online updates randomly, signing up for text/email notifications is the best way to track your package!
My turnaround is approximately 24-48 hrs for mockups, with the exception of Fridays.

If you place an order on Friday, I really appreciate your understanding and will have your mockups ready for you no later than Monday. I don't conduct any business on Sundays to allow a day of rest and worship with my family. =)
