When & where will I be receiving my mockup?
We will be sending your mockup via email within 24-48hrs from the time your order has been placed. Please note, since we work around the clock, we go off of exact time. The email we use is the one you entered at time of purchase. Please be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder. If you'd like to receive your mockup to another email, include your alternate email with your information at check out.
I am not computer saavy, can I place my order over the phone?
Absolutely! Please feel free to give us a call at 214-229-3629 to place your order.
I don't have a PayPal account, how do I purchase from your shop?
Paypal is the checkout method we use for all online transactions. You do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout. If you scroll down at checkout, you will see an area to enter your cc/debit/e-check info. You can also feel free to place your order over the phone, 214-229-3629.
Where do I send you the information for customizing my invitation?
You will see a 'Details' section at checkout. This is the area you will add the information for your order. You can also feel free to message me your information via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, just be sure to reference your order number.
I live outside of the United States, do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship flat rate nationwide and international via USPS postal mail. Please note, these rates can change depending on location. Some hard to reach places may require an additional fee, but we will most certaintly try our best to get our products to you.
