At The Great Invitation, our turnaround time is approximately 24-48 hrs for mockups, with the exception of Fridays. If you place an order on a Friday, we will have your mockups ready for you no later than Monday. Please allow more time during holidays or the holiday season.

The Great Invitation is open online and accepts orders 24hrs a day, Monday through Sunday. However, we are actively committed to serving the Lord in our community so we do not generally conduct any business on Sundays to allow a day of service, rest and worship with our family. Should you have a question and proceed to contact us on a Sunday, we will reply back no later than the following day.

We would like to apologize in advance for any late emails to your inbox. At The Great Invitation, we work around the clock most times so you may receive your order a wee bit latenight or a wee bit early morning but always on time!

shipping

The Great Invitation wants to make sure you meet your deadline, even if it isn't with us. Please let us know ahead of time before placing your order if you do have a deadline and we will try very hard to meet it. If we do not believe we can complete your order within the requested timeframe, we will let you know. If you do not specify a 'need by date', we will assume you have placed your order within our company's time frame.

Your printed order will ship within 1-3 days of mockup approval and processing and will arrive by USPS mail within the specified timeframe at checkout. Please allow more time for production & shipping during holidays or the holiday season. We will always choose the fastest method of shipping to get your package delivered quickly.

Shipping and tracking information will always be sent via email as a courtesty to you.

*Helpful Note: USPS Online updates randomly. Signing up for text/email notifications is the best way to track your package!

refunds & exchanges

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your order! If you have any problems, or issues, please feel free to call, email or message us and we will do what we can to help or fix the problem.

Mockups are sent in a ready to print form. Once a mockup has been sent, there are no refunds or cancellations due to time already spent in personalizing your invite. Please notify us before you've recieved your mockup if you would like to cancel your order. If a mockup has not been sent, you will recieve a full refund.

All packages ship via USPS and delivery is guaranteed. Once a package has been shipped out, there are no refunds on your order. If there is an issue with delivery or delivery time, please let us know. We will only issue reasonable refunds on a case by case basis.
